Delete your TelePlant Doctor account
In the app
- Open TelePlant Doctor and go to Settings (at the bottom of the home screen).
- Under Account, tap Delete my account.
- Tap Delete to confirm.
Your account is deleted at once.
If you cannot open the app
Contact the FAO Representation in Nepal from the email address you signed in with, or give the mobile number you signed in with. We will send a code to it to confirm the account is yours, and delete the account within 7 days.
What is deleted
- Your mobile number or email address.
- Every sign-in to the app on all your phones.
What is not deleted
- Leaf checks and shared crop photos. They were never linked to your account, so they cannot be found by it. They contain no name or phone number, and hidden location data is removed from photos.
- "My checks" saved on your phone. Delete them in Settings → Delete my checks, or by removing the app.
- Server security logs, which are deleted after 14 days.
